Notice is hereby given that the Taylorsville-Spencer County Joint Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the 2nd day of June 2022 at 7:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Fiscal Court Meeting Hall located at 28 East Main Street, Taylorsville, Kentucky.  The commission will be reviewing the following application(s):

  1. Taylorsville Community Church, Inc. for Prestige Deals WLWD, LLC requesting zone change from R-2, Residential to B-2, General Commercial District consisting of Lots 9,10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 as well as a portion of Lots 5, 6, 7 & 8 of the Tom Cook Division located on the corner of Garrard Street and Main Cross within the City of Taylorsville.

Item was continued to June 16, 2022 - WCM Land, LLC, Series 9 requesting a zone change from AG-1, agricultural to R-1, single family residential on a 125.76 acre tract of land located in the 300 block of Mill Road, KY 1795.
