Spencer County Veterans' Wall of Honor Form

Name Plates Designed to honor the men and women who proudly served our country.

Name plates may be purchased by anyone to honor any American who has honorably served or is currently serving in the United States Armed Services. The Veteran need not be a resident of Spencer County nor the State of Kentucky to be honored. You may purchase an inscribed name plate as a permanent remembrance and tribute to that special someone who served or is currently serving our country.  The cost of a name plate is $50.00.
