Please take notice that the Fiscal Court of Spencer County on the 5th day of April 2021 passed the following ORDINANCE(S):

On motion of Esq. Travis, second by Esq. Brewer with all members of the court present voting “Aye”, the zoning application of Top Flight Development from AG-1, agricultural to R-1, residential on 12.7 acres located in the 2700 block of Hochstrasser Road is to be postpone to the next meeting at the applications request.

Please take notice that the Fiscal Court of Spencer County on the 19th day of April 2021 will consider the following ORDINANCE(S) for second reading and adoption:

  1. WCM-Land, LLC Series 18 requesting AG-1, agricultural to R-1, residential on a 4.009 acre tract of land located in the 600 block of Cotton Ln.
  2. Donald & Staci Dennis requesting a zone change from AG-1, agricultural to R-1, residential on a 2.344 acre tract known as Tract A located in the 500 block of Driscoll Road.
  3. Roy Douglas & Kathryn A. Goodlett requesting AG-1, agricultural to AG-2, agricultural on Tract 1 consisting of 7.11 acres located in the 700 block of Little Elk Road.
  4. Taylorsville Church of Christ requesting to amend Binding Elements on Tr. 2A, a 3.064 acre tract of land located at 300 block of Loop Rd.
  5. Barry Crawford requesting a zone change from Ag-1, agricultural to Ag-2, agricultural on a 8.043 acre tract of land located in the 600 block of Roberts Road.
  6. Paul Davis requesting a zone change from Ag-1, agricultural to Ag-2, agricultural on a 5.655 acre tract of land located at 84 Willow Run Court.

 

Please note that Spencer County Fiscal Court meetings are held the first and third Monday of each month. The first Monday at 9 am & the third Monday at 7 pm in the Fiscal Court Meeting Hall at 28 East Main Street in Taylorsville, Kentucky.
