Moore with all members of the court present voting “Aye”, to approve the zoning application of James Patrick Sadlo from AG-1, agricultural to R-3, residential on Tract B – 0.92 acre tract of land approximately 1.7 miles on the north side of Cooks Lane based on the recommendation and findings presented by the planning commission.
